In its first recognition of a New Zealand city in the annual collection of the world’s best trends, destinations, journeys and experiences, the publication refers to Wellington under the banner of “coolest little capital in the world”.

Forbes magazine has rated New Zealand the best country on the planet to do business in. It ranked "tiny" New Zealand at the top of its list, bumping it up from the second place last year. The South Pacific nation excelled because of what Forbes called a “stable” business climate, transparency and an environment that encouraged entrepreneurs.
